Refund policy
RETURNS/ EXCHANGE/ CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS
Before you return any of our products, please take a moment to understand what goes into making them. All our products are handcrafted with a lot of love and care, making each product special and unique. All the products go through a quality check before shipping.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
You can see our size chart here before making a purchase or even choose the custom option and Call, DM or Email us for any inquiries about size, fit and fabric.
RETURNS
- If you are unhappy with your product, we can offer a size exchange or credit note which will be valid for 3 months, provided the product is returned in its original condition intact with tags and its original packaging.
- The returns will not be accepted on damaged, used, washed or stained items.
- If you find anything damaged or ruined in transit on the receipt of the product, please reach out to us at info@dreamcloset.co.in immediately.
- The information regarding the damage or returns to be made must be sent out to us within a period of 24 hours from the time of receipt of the product.
- Sale products are final sales and are not eligible for return, refunds or exchange.
- Returns will not be accepted on customized orders, but custom-made clothes can be altered accordingly.
We recommend you obtain the proof of shipment on return, as we will not accept the responsibility of packages lost/damaged in transit. The cost of return has to be borne by the customer in case of exchange and alterations or in case we send a damaged product we will bear the cost. Once our QC team is satisfied with the returned product, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Henceforth, we will initiate the process of refunds/replacements, as applicable.
EXCHANGE
- You must inform us within a period of 24 hours from the time of receipt of the product.
- Please write to info@dreamcloset.co.in with subject: RETURNS - Order Number.
- Kindly mention the reason for the exchange and attach an image of the product.
- Once we receive your email, you will be provided with the address for shipping your pieces.
- Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.
We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 14 days. The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected piece, we will take care of the shipping.
The TIT team reserves all rights to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at info@dreamcloset.co.in within 12 hours of placing the order. Do mention ‘CANCELLATION’ in the subject and details of your booking order with the product name in the mail.
In case of express delivery, please notify us in the shortest time possible.
*Please note that the returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations will not be accepted by us on TIT products purchased/ordered from other locations such as retail stores, exhibitions or other websites.
We request you to read the following in order to avoid any possibility of the above:
- Please provide the correct delivery address with P.O Box and a valid contact number.
- The courier agent will only make 3 attempts for delivery after which the product is returned to us and to make another delivery attempt, there will be an additional shipping charge.
- Sizing issues: Please refer to our size guide for the same before purchasing.
REFUNDS
We believe in providing utmost flexibility to our customers, refunds will be processed only on fulfillment errors.
All orders go through an uncompromising quality check before shipping, however in case.
An incorrect product has been delivered to you or missing products from the order.
If the product received is damaged
Kindly inform us at info@dreamcloset.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the order
- In case of any damaged product, after essential checks are returned, the amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 14 days of initiation.
- Please refer to our fabric care before considering a product damaged.
- Product/clothing sent to us without prior notice will not be accepted.
- Thoughts into things will not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
As a company policy, we do not offer refunds otherwise due to the efforts, time and work/ labor that is put into creating each product and addressing its details.
